Our GrassTex turf is an extremely versatile synthetic grass product that can be used for either indoor and outdoor applications. The faux grass was designed for the next generation of playground products, but it can be used for much more.

Some of our customers even choose to use this as a trade show turf. You can move the turf into any location required, as it weighs about 0.36 pounds per square foot. Just roll up the turf and take it to your new location for a new show, as it’s easy to transport the artificial turf.

Natural Looking Turf

Our synthetic grass works as both an artificial turf roll for playgrounds or a landscaping product that offers a thatch with a plush body and natural look. The faux grass consists of a polyethylene material in the primary yarn and a dual layered woven polypropylene with a SilverBack polyurethane coating as the backing for the trade show turf.

One of the reasons our customers love this as an artificial playground grass is because it reacts naturally whether used indoors or outdoors. It’s also virtually maintenance free, as you can flush it with water as needed or vacuum it for an indoor installation. (Regular rainwater also may work to keep the turf clean.)

The pile height of the artificial playground turf measures 1.25 inches in the yarn, which will further resemble real grass. When kids are running across the playground, or whether they stumble and fall, they’ll appreciate this soft artificial turf material.

Easy DIY Turf Installation

With an outdoor installation of the playground turf, we recommend that you use silica sand as an infill. For an indoor installation, no infill is required. You can glue down the product, or you can leave it unattached to the floor if you will want to move it later, such as when using it as a trade show turf.
