These tiles have a tight interlocking edge that simplifies installation. Installers do not need to use adhesive on the puzzle-style edges or on the underside of the tiles to create a long-lasting flooring.

Size and Shape Options

Each of our locking rubber tiles measures 30×30 inches. A single tile provides about 6.25 square feet of coverage, meaning an installer can complete a layout in a large room much faster than is possible with a smaller tile.

Because of the interlocking edge, expect an interlock loss of about 0.33 square feet. This interlock loss can complicate determining how many Mega Lock rubber gym tiles to order to cover a particular space. The tiles measure 1/2 inches in thickness. The manufacturer follows tight tolerances, guaranteeing that each tile’s thickness measurement will be plus/minus 1/16 inches from the expected thickness.

Installation Options
